RETURN AND REFUND
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Kalon products and we hope that you are delighted with your order.
- If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item within 7 working days upon receiving goods. Provided that all item must be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the customer together with the proof of order, payment and delivery of the products.
- Return/exchange of products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If any Kalon product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition
- If the Kalon product is out of date or expired
- If the wrong Kalon product which is different from the order is delivered
- Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
- We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
- We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- All return/exchange request will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
