WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST? 
KalonBeauty.my offers free shipping with no minimum purchase within Peninsular Malaysia on first order. Subsequent order is minimum purchase of RM300 for free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia is minimum purchase of RM500.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order received upon payment approval before 12pm (GMT+8) will be processed within the day. Order received upon payment approval after 12pm (GMT+8) will be processed in the next day before 12pm (GMT+8).

IS THERE ANY SHIPPING OPTION FOR SELECTION?
KalonBeauty.my standard shipping option is GDEX.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT? 
Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by GDEX, arrive within 3-4 business days upon order and payment confirmation. If however the order did not arrive within the 3-day period due to temporary out of stock situation, we shall notify you on the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED IN THE ESTIMATED TIME?
